Across our two campuses we have a number of well equipped meeting rooms offering a range of audio visual equipment and plenty of space to enable socially distanced events.
Whether it’s a project briefing, workshop, milestone celebration or short term office space you require, we’re sure you’ll find the room and catering to suit the occasion. Our Sedgemoor Campus welcomes local businesses and non-project businesses.

HOST can also provide a number of team experiences to add to any meeting room package, giving you the opportunity to socialise and reconnect with your team. Get in touch today if you’d like a post meeting BBQ, football match or maybe even a 3 course dinner followed by drinks in the bar. Please note that our HOST Events Team deals exclusively with meeting room hire. If you require any Food and Beverage facilities, our friendly team will put you in touch with our colleagues from Somerset Larder who will be happy to assist with your request.
All our rooms are equipped with screens, projectors and flip charts.
Our Sedgemoor Campus has 6 meeting rooms that can hold up to 64 people.
